Overview

SunSpark Solar installs solar systems using components from established manufacturers, each carrying its own manufacturer warranty, in addition to our own workmanship warranty on installation. Exact warranty terms are confirmed in your project agreement at the time of purchase.

Solar Panel Warranty

• Product warranty: typically 10–12 years against manufacturing defects (as per manufacturer terms)
• Performance warranty: typically up to 25 years, guaranteeing a minimum power output level as per manufacturer specifications

Inverter Warranty

Solar inverters typically carry a manufacturer warranty of 5–10 years depending on the brand and model selected for your system.

Workmanship / Installation Warranty

SunSpark Solar provides a workmanship warranty on our installation work, covering defects arising from faulty installation. The exact duration is specified in your project agreement.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in panels, inverters, and mounting structure, as covered by the respective manufacturer
• Installation faults directly caused by our team

What's Not Covered

• Damage from natural disasters, fire, or accidents
• Damage from unauthorised modification, relocation, or servicing by a third party
• Normal wear and tear, or gradual performance degradation within manufacturer-specified limits
